Wendy Richardson is a dedicated member of the GT Healthcare Family Medicine team. Born and raised in Northern California, her academic and athletic excellence formed the foundation of her accomplished career.
Wendy pursued her interest in human physiology at California State
University Chico, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise
Physiology. Gaining hands-on experience at a skilled nursing facility, she
worked closely with therapists providing comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy. This exposure ignited Wendy's passion for patient care.

She continued her education at Samuel Merritt University, Oakland,
California, earning a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies in
2008. With a diverse background in family practice, emergency medicine,
orthopedic surgery, and neurosurgery, Wendy has worked alongside some of California's most renowned healthcare providers and surgeons.
In addition to her healthcare expertise, Wendy served as a Captain in the
Army Medical Reserves from 2013-2021, providing crucial medical support at clinic operations across the United States.

Presently, Wendy enjoys the serene life in Northern California, living with
her husband and their beloved pets. Her wealth of experience, passion for
patient care, and military discipline make Wendy a valuable asset to the GT healthcare team and to the patients she serves.
