Musa Faidi

JD, MA

Musa Faidi is a compassionate, thoughtful, and relational therapist who is deeply committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and genuinely supported. He believes therapy is a collaborative process rooted in trust, curiosity, and authenticity, and he approaches each client with warmth, openness, and respect for the experiences that have shaped them.

Musa has experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions of belonging and self-worth. He is especially passionate about supporting clients from Arab, Muslim, Palestinian, LGBTQ+, and broader SWANA communities, as well as those navigating cultural expectations, family dynamics, intergenerational experiences, and the complexities of finding a sense of belonging across the different landscapes we come across.

His approach draws from existential therapy, relational Gestalt, liberation psychology, and trauma-informed practices. Rather than viewing clients through a single lens, Musa considers the larger context of each person’s life—including their relationships, culture, identity, community, and lived experiences. He believes that meaningful healing often begins with creating space to explore the stories we have inherited, the patterns we have developed, and the possibilities that emerge when we begin to see ourselves differently.

Musa strives to meet each client exactly where they are, without judgment or expectation. He works collaboratively to help clients develop greater self-understanding, reconnect with their values, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and meaningful. Above all, he believes that clients do not need to change who they are to be worthy of healing—they deserve a therapeutic space where they can be fully themselves to understand their own narratives.
