Soleil Hallig is a compassionate and thoughtful therapist who earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University.

She is deeply committed to creating a safe, collaborative space where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and cared for. For Soleil, the therapeutic relationship is the most important part of the healing process, and she approaches each session with warmth and authenticity.

Soleil has experience working with both adolescents and adults, and she is especially knowledgeable in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, past trauma, and major life transitions. She utilizes an eclectic approach that draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to help clients identify and shift unhelpful patterns.

Soleil views psychotherapy through a bio-psycho-social lens, considering each client’s emotional, physical, relational, and social context. She is committed to meeting clients exactly where they are, without judgment, and tailoring her approach to align with their individual needs, goals, and pace. Her ability to build strong rapport and create an environment of safety and trust allows clients to do meaningful work and move toward lasting growth.
